With the transition of ownership of SpringStone Yoga to Tanaya Larsen this September, my classes for the fall session will be taught by Tanaya. I will continue to teach my group classes till the end of the summer session. If you didn't received the email letter that went out explaining the transition at SpringStone, you can read it HERE for further information. A deep bow of gratitude to all my students for over a decade of serving you each week in weekly group classes. I look forward to seeing you in the future in one of my workshops or retreats.
I have confidence in Tanaya as a teacher and I highly encourage all my students to continue their weekly group classes with her. Give yourself time to transition to her teaching style and let there be a natural transition period as she gets to know you all and you know her.
Below you can sign up for the fall session with Tanaya. All the classes are on the same day and time and style, Monday is still gentle yoga and Tuesday and Thursday are still active yoga.
