Your SpringStone instructors are working hard to safely re-open our studio doors with limited class space and new guidelines. We appreciate your support and patience these past few months and as we move forward.
Phase 2 Re-Opening Guidelines for Students:
Students are highly encouraged to bring their own mat and props. Some props will be available for use during stage 2, but students must wipe or spray props with disinfectant after use and allow to dry completely.
All students are required to wear their own mask or face covering upon entering the building and in all common space. Masks may be removed once set up on the mat.
Mats will be set up in designated spaces to allow for 10' between people. In-person classes will be limited to 6 people. Students must pre-register for class.
Students should maintain respectable distance from each other before and after class, and avoid touching unnecessary surfaces. (There are wipes in lobby to use while calling on the phone for elevator access. Instructors may also prop doors open for a minimal touch entry)
SpringStone will do its utmost to keep all spaces and surfaces clean and disinfected. Classes and private sessions will be spaced to allow for proper cleaning between groups. Any studio props used will be wiped, washed, or sanitized and dried completely before re-use.
"Yoga relaxes the body and the mind, improving both physical and mental well being. I have enjoyed practicing yoga at SpringStone appreciate the depth of knowledge and commitment the teachers share with their students, teaching those who are just beginning to learn about yoga, as well as intermediate students, and advanced yogis. SpringStone Yoga is a wonderful place to learn about and experience the many benefits of yoga." ~ Kathy S.
