Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese tradition that today is practiced as  a graceful form of exercise. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow,  focused manner. Tai Chi can improve your balance, flexibility and can assist in managing chronic conditions. You’ll build confidence, be inspired, and have fun.

*Session 1 is first half of beginners form, session 2 is second half of beginners form. Both are beginner friendly, and sessions can be taken alone or together.

​

Class size is limited to 12. Advanced payment secures your spot. This is a beginner-friendly class that can be performed standing or seated; no  experience necessary.
