8-Week Beginner Series

Wednesdays 3:30-4:30 pm​

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese tradition that today is practiced as  a graceful form of exercise. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow,  focused manner. Tai Chi can improve your balance, flexibility and may assist you to manage a chronic condition. You’ll build confidence, be inspired, and have fun.

Class size is limited to 12. Advanced payment secures your spot. This is a beginner-friendly class that can be performed standing or seated; no  experience necessary.

 

This 8-week intermediate series is open to students who have taken the beginner series or who are familiar with the 21 "beginner form" movements. No class October 1.

8-Week Intermediate Series

Wednesdays 5:30-6:30 pm​

This 8-week intermediate series is open to students who have taken the beginner series or who are familiar with the 21 "beginner form" movements. It will not necessarily be physically more challenging, just a new series. No class October 1.
