Phase 2 Re-Opening Guidelines for Students:

  • Students must bring their own mat and props, if possible.

  • All students are required to wear a mask or face covering upon entering the building and in all common space. Masks may be removed once set up on the mat.

  • Do NOT attend any classes in-person if you have experienced fever, symptoms, or been around anyone with symptoms.

  • Mats will be set up in designated spaces to allow for 10' between people. In-person classes will be limited to 7 participants. Students must pre-register for class.

  • Students should maintain respectable distance from each other before and after class, and avoid touching unnecessary surfaces. (There are wipes in lobby to use while calling on the phone for elevator access. Instructors may also prop doors open for a minimal touch entry)

  • SpringStone will do its utmost to keep all spaces and surfaces clean and disinfected. Classes and private sessions will be spaced to allow for proper cleaning between groups. Any studio props used will be wiped, washed, or sanitized and stored for 3 days before re-use.

SpringStone Yoga is a team of dedicated instructors that handle their own registrations individually.  Please pre-register for sessions and RSVP with instructors for drop-ins.
