Consider tai chi. Tai chi is an ancient Chinese tradition that today is practiced as a graceful form of exercise. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner. Tai Chi can improve your balance and may assist you to manage a chronic condition. You’ll build confidence, be inspired, and have fun. The form of tai chi you’ll learn can be performed standing or seated. Make new friends and expand your social network.
