Join Lynne for a day of gentle yoga, therapeutic somatic movements, guided meditation and relaxation along with poetry and inspirational talks that will nourish and replenish your soul. Surrounded by the natural beauty of Rising Fawn Gardens, students will also have the opportunity to walk the gardens, roam the hiking trails and sit by the creek during our extended lunch break.

Additional Information:

~ Yoga and meditation experience is helpful, but not necessary for this retreat.  New students to yoga and or meditation are welcome!

~Please bring your lunch.  Snacks, hot tea and water will be provided.

~Please bring your own mat.  All other props will be provided.

~ Rising Fawn Gardens is about an hour and 15 minutes from Rome, GA and is located at 521 Cureton Mill Road, Rising Fawn, GA 30738. After registering you will receive detailed directions. Please note that GPS can take you the wrong way.

~It is an easy drive from Rome. Students may drive in that morning or opt to stay overnight closer to Rising Fawn.  Lookout Mountain and Chattanooga are only 20-30 minutes away. There are also airbnb/vrbo options and newly renovated cabins at Cloudland Canyon State Park, which is only 15 minutes away.

~Registration  can be done online via our website, in person, or by calling Lynne at 706-767-0885. Please note that due to the commitment of reserving the yoga house and gardens for this retreat we are not able to offer any refunds after registration. Students are welcome though to find another student to take their place and that student can pay you for their attendance.

If it's solitude and peace you are looking for go no further. Our mountain cabin is situated on a quiet lane in Sundance, Utah with a main house and a separate guest house right next door. The surrounding area is wooded and private creating a great gathering space in the back with a large deck and grass yard. A private park is located nearby with an outdoor fireplace and picnic area.

*Depending on number of guests, we may have to find a similar cabin lodge. Private beds/baths would not change.

Private/Shared Rooms: Each room has a comfortable queen bed, flatscreen tv or fireplace, and ensuite.

Single Occupancy $1395

Double Occupancy $1095/person

Loft room: The loft room is upstairs with its own bath, a queen bed and two extra beds nicely situated with an additional loft. This room would be great for a group of three who each want their own beds and don't mind climbing a ladder!

Space is limited.

Airfare from Rome is around $300 and is not included, though flights will be suggested. Suggested flights include transportation from airport to cabin.

Book by Saturday, January 18th for early bird rates.
