All Levels Yoga

$10/week for Session or $15/drop-in
In this class, postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breath is connected with movement to energize the body and relax the mind. We do sitting, standing and inverted postures which are appropriate for all levels. Max 7 participants, pre-registration required.
